You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at tryprspctai@gmail.com. PRSPCT AI will never ask for your password.

You agree to use PRSPCT AI only for lawful business purposes. You may not: use the Service to deceive, defraud, or harm callers; violate any applicable telephone, recording, or consumer protection laws; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary components of the platform; or use the Service in any way that could damage PRSPCT AI or third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of call recording and AI voice responses complies with the laws in your jurisdiction, including any requirements to disclose recording to callers.
Intellectual property
PRSPCT AI and all associated technology, branding, and content are the property of PRSPCT AI and its licensors. Your use of the Service grants you no ownership rights. You retain full ownership of your business data, call recordings, and any content you provide to configure the platform.
Data and privacy
Your use of PRSPCT AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You agree that we may process call and booking data as described in the Privacy Policy in order to deliver the Service.
Changes to these terms
We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes to these Terms take effect. If you continue using PRSPCT AI after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.
