Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time on platform, device type, and approximate location (country/region). We collect this to understand how the product is used and where we can improve it.

Billing data: Payment information is processed by our payment processor ([e.g., Stripe]) and never stored on our servers.

How we use your data

We use the information we collect to deliver and improve the PRSPCT AI service; communicate with you about your account, billing, or support requests; send product updates and relevant information (you can opt out at any time); comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud and abuse of our platform.

Call recording + AI processing

When PRSPCT AI is deployed on your business line, inbound calls are processed by our AI in real time to answer, qualify, and book callers. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Recordings are stored securely and made available to you through your dashboard. We use aggregated, anonymized call data to improve model accuracy never in a way that identifies individual callers or your business to third parties.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations); object to or restrict how we process your data; and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
